Information handled by the calculator
The calculator is designed for planning estimates. Values you enter, such as users, requests, and token counts, are used to show cost results in the app and are not sent to analytics. Do not enter secrets, private customer data, API keys, or confidential business information.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
CostRivo may use privacy-conscious analytics events and a first-party anonymous browser identifier to understand query-free page paths, referring domains, campaigns, approximate country/region/city, device details, calculator usage, provider/model selections, comparisons, and share actions. Mixpanel may use the request IP to add approximate location, but CostRivo does not send or store IP addresses as custom analytics properties. Events do not include full URLs, raw query strings, full referrers, emails, prompts, calculator values or notes, names, or sensitive form content. Session replay, heatmaps, automatic click/form/input capture, and feature flags are disabled. Advertising, including Google AdSense, may be added later.
Email updates
Optional email forms are used for pricing updates, product updates, launch notes, and future planning feature notifications. When connected to a backend, CostRivo stores only your email address, source page, and signup time.
Pricing accuracy
AI provider pricing changes over time and can vary by model, region, usage tier, discount, caching, batch processing, or account terms. Always verify pricing with the official provider before making budget, purchasing, or launch decisions.
Updates to this policy
This page is updated as CostRivo evolves. If advertising, payments, authentication, or new data collection is added, this policy should be reviewed before launch.
